TACE Recruitment Advertising

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price purchase order to Neutron Media Inc. for TACE Recruitment Advertisement scheduled to air in New York City (Times Square) during the period 1 October 2022 thru 31 December 2022.

This requirement includes the following:

- Fifteen second airtime package looping a minimum of four times per hour, airing 20 hours per day, from 6am to 2am, delivering a minimum of 7,360 x :15 second spots displayed in total.

- Weekly content changes at no additional charge.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Action. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within fifteen (15) days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated. However, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will proceed with awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract to Neutron Media Inc.
