This is a firm-fixed price, Design-Build construction requirement. The Contractor shall furnish all design, labor, material, transportation, required engineering services, overhead, and profit to design and construct paved parking areas and access for the future expansion at the Martinez, VA campus in accordance with SOW, specifications, and drawings.
