Portal Toilet Rentals and Associated Services in Gulfport, MS

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk intends to solicit a Firm Fixed-Price contract and will utilize procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 19.502-2 Total small business set-asides.

The Government intends to procure one (1) 12-month base period, and four (4) 12-month option years with the inclusion of
FAR clauses 52.217-8 for an additional six (6) months of service if required in the support of Center for Security Forces (CENSECFOR) for portal toilet rentals and associated services in Gulfport, MS.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562991 - Septic Tank and Related Services. The anticipated date of the award is on or about 15 January 2024. The anticipated start date of performance is 23 January 2024.

This presolicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site.

By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
