Solicitation for Cleaning Services for the U.S. Diplomatic Residences

The Embassy of the United States of America to Ukraine invites all interested responsible companies to submit the quotations for cleaning services for the U.S. diplomatic residences in preparation for occupancy and decommissioning. Request for Quotations is attached.

All quotations must be prepared in English and submitted by e-mail on or before March 5, 2024, 17:00 (Kyiv time) to KyivSolicitations@state.gov with subject line “Cleaning Services for the U.S. Diplomatic Residences - 19UP3024Q0009”. No quotations will be accepted after the indicated deadline.

For a quotation to be considered, you should complete and submit the following:

1. Standard Form SF-1449
2. Section 1 and Section 5 of the Request for Quotation
3. Additional information as required in Section 3 of the Request for Quotation.

Note: Please submit your quotations in PDF or ZIP format only.

According to FAR 4.1102 for contract action exceeding $30,000 prospective quoters should be registered in System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to award of the contract, during performance and through the final payment.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company that submitted an acceptable quotation at the lowest price based on initial quotations, without holding discussions. The discussions may be held with the companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so.
