MDVL212900 -Demolish Former Roadway Facility Bldg 1001

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This opportunity is set-aside 100% for small business.  This solicitation is being issued as an Invitation For Bid (IFB)  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-06 (effective 26 May 2022)  The NAICS code is 236220 and the small business size standard is $39,500,000.00.  The items to be acquired are in accordance with the solicitation, attached Performance Work Statement, and Plans for project # MDVL212900 – Demolish Former Roadway Facility Bldg. 1001 at the 186th Air Refueling Wing.  The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with an estimated effective date of 15 August 2022 with a period of performance of 25 August 2022 to 21 February 2022.

Offeror questions regarding the IFB are allowed until 10:00 a.m. (CST) on July 08, 2022.  All questions and answers will be posted to Contract Opportunities at www.sam.gov.  Please direct all questions to the Contracting Officer at ned.mccormick.2@us.af.mil.  

The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation:  FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5.

A copy of FAR 52.212-3 should be completed on the SF1442 Solicitation document.

The bid opening for this requirement will be held at the 186th Air Refueling Wing, Bldg. 600, RM 114, Meridian, MS 39307 on  July 15, 2022 at 10:00 AM CST.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this IFB either before or after the proposal due date.  In the event that the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse vendors for any costs.  The Government reserves the right to make no award.  In such event, the contractor will be notified, via Contract Opportunities of the Contracting Officer's decision and this decision shall be final and conclusive and shall not be subject to the "Disputes" clause or the "Contract Dispute Act of 1978, 41 U.S. Code Chapter 71."

All contractors shall be registered at System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/ . Contractors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database before a contract can be awarded to the company.

NO PARTIAL BIDS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in the proposals. Supplies and/or services contained within this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation are for delivery FOB Destination to Key Field, MS

There will be a site visit for this requirement. However, attendance at the site visit for this project is not required for award.
