This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested.
The National Institute of Health (NIH), Clinical Center (CC),Critical Care Medicine Department (CCMD) intends to solicit a quote and enter into firm-fixed price for patient Recruitment support services to Matthews Media Group..,
The existing contract assists in establishing and maintaining relationships with specified community-based, public health and hospital based clinics in the Washington- Baltimore metropolitan area within 100 miles of the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland campus. These clinics include, but are not limited to: Unity Health Care, Inc. (Washington, D.C.) 29 Health Center Sites; La Clinica del Pueblo (Washington, D.C.); Whitman-Walker Clinics; Family and Medical Counseling Services (Washington, D.C.); Washington Hospital Center, Infectious Diseases Clinic (Washington, D.C.); Casey Health Center; Community of Hope, Arlington County Tuberculosis Services/Chest Clinic,
The purpose of this correspondence is to request a PO to purchase work services that will require the vendor to have the ability to facilitate study participation and study adherence with access to transportation, liason servies for study participants to the NIH and study renumeration.
This acquisition is being conducted using policies unique to the acquisition of commercial items prescribed in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for the competition requirements of Part 6. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this posting. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
