Description
Amendment 0002: The amendment is to provide the answers to the PPIs and to incorporate changes under the RFP. The date set for receipt of proposals is unchanged and remains on September 3, 2024 at 1100am, Thailand Time.
Amendment 0001: The proposal due date is hereby changed from August 28, 2024 to September 3, 2024, no later than 11:00 a.m. Thailand time.

- Exhibit A - Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) Form, provided in MS Word.
- Exhibit B - Offeror Experience Project Data Sheet.
- Exhibit C - Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ).
- Exhibit D - Bill of Quantities for CLIN0001 and CLIN 0002, provided in PDF and Excel Formats.
*An organized Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) is intended to be scheduled on the following dates:
- August 6, 2024 from 0900-1200 at Hilton Port Moresby, Kikori Room.
- August 7, 2024 from 1500-1700 at Lombrum Naval Base, Manus Island, Papua New Guinea.
- August 8, 2024 Backup site visit date in case the August 7, 2024 visit does not occur.
*The closing date for Pre-Proposal Inquiries is set on August 12, 2024, Thailand Time
*The proposal due date is August 28, 2024, 1100am, Thailand Time.
