Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Fort Worth, located in Fort Worth, Texas intends to make an award of a firm-fixed price type contract to a responsible entity for the provision under this request for quote (RFQ) 15B50923Q00000002 for Dairy Milk. This solicitation is set-aside exclusively for total small business entities under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS), 311511, with a size standard of Total Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard is 1000 employees and the product must be made in the United States. Quotes will be considered from only those meeting these standards.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07(c).
DESCRIPTION / SCHEDULE:
Dairy, Milk, Pasteurized, No Flavor, 1%, ½ pint size container.
Estimated weekly quantities 12,000 each. Deliveries will be made weekly, on every Tuesday beginning on
November 1, 2022, through December 27, 2022. Delivery shall occur on Tuesday of each week and shipment shall be palletized.
CONTRACT PRICING:
Contract pricing must include all cost associated with product and any delivery cost (FOB Destination) to FMC Fort Worth.
