Description

Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the Questions and Answer
document into the solicitation. There will be no changes to the terms and/or conditions as
a result of this amendment.

As a reminder, Pricing submissions must be completed using Amendment 0001 which updated the
contract line items (CLINs). Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, August 8, 2023 by
12:00 noon CT.

Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to change the Contracting Officer to Jennifer J Davis, extend the solicitation milestones to include another site visit, and change the Period of Performance to start on September 1, 2023 instead of August 1, 2023.  Each CLIN's POP has also been updated to reflect the updated POP.  The Base Year POP will run from September 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, then each Option Year will start on March 1 and end on February 28 or 29 depending on if it is a Leap Year. The updated milestones are as follows:

Updated Milestones:
Site Visit Attendee List due – Monday, 7/24/23 by 12 noon CT
Site Visit – Tuesday, 7/25/23 at 9:00 am CT starting at the MEM ATCT then going to the ARTCC directly after
Questions due – Thursday, 7/27/23 by 12:00 noon CT
Answers out – Tuesday, 8/1/23 by 2:00 pm CT
Proposals due – Tuesday, 8/8/23 by 12:00 noon CT

There will be no changes to the terms and/or conditions as a result of this amendment.  Please be sure to include jennifer.j.davis@faa.gov on all question and proposal submissions going forward.

There are two facilities under this contract (Memphis Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and the Memphis Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), both located in Memhis, TN). An optional site visit will be held for both facilities on Tuesday June 27th, 2023 at 9:00am Central Time. If you plan to attend this site visit, and RSVP is MANDATORY and can be done by emailing Ms. Yvette Jackson and Mr. Dylan Huntley no later than 12:00 pm  Central Time on Friday June 23rd, 2023. The specific site visit address will be provided to those that have RSVPed on time.  A valid driver's license is required in order to be permitted access to the facilities. The FAA will not reimburse vendors for costs associated with attending this optional site visit.
