Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B50524Q00000011 for the award of a firm fixed-price contract entitled. The project consists of furnishing all equipment and materials for the completion of the work. 

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Medical Center (FMC) Carswell, J Street Bldg. 3000, Ft. Worth, TX. 76127 provides medical treatment and mental health services for female offenders. FMC intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide/supply all necessary equipment and materials to provide two (2) new 20-ton condensers with new air handler units. Refer to Section B to view previous requirements of existing equipment. New equipment location is in the Recreation Building 3006 on the institution grounds.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $100,000 and $250,000. ((NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range.)
