7 Feb 2023 - 3IS III Solicitation is amended. Please refer to 3IS III with the Notice ID # FA2518-23-R-0007 for amendment 0001. 

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s):  Funds are not presently available for this effort.  No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.  The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.  In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

Request for Proposals for 3IS III  is hereby released for Industry response.

In accordance with Solicitation FA2518-22-R-0023, Section J, Attachment 15, Section L, both the Phase I and the Phase II proposals are due no later than 24 Feb 23 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
