Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Directorate works with the U.S. interagency and willing partner countries worldwide to reduce the threat of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and related material, technology, and expertise.  DTRA/CTR seeks to partner with the Government of Tunisia (GoT) to build Tunisia’s capability to counter chemical smuggling and prevent non-state actor acquisition and use of improvised chemical weapons (CW).  The work defined in this RFI will be performed in support of the CTR Chemical Security and Elimination (CSE) Program.  CSE supports the cooperative elimination of chemical weapons, related materials, and infrastructure; and builds the capacity of international partners to secure toxic industrial chemicals and chemical weapon precursors, as well as associated components, materials, equipment, technology, and expertise.
