This requirement is for Construction services for a broad variety of small minor construction projects at Fort Irwin, California.  Work is to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW), titled Ft. Irwin Job Order Contract (JOC) Statement of Work (SOW)_30MAY24.  This is a 100% 8(a) Competitive set-aside.  The contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be a single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) consisting of a 30-day phase-in period, and an ordering period consisting of 60-months (in the event the incumbent is awarded the contract, a phase-in period will not take place.  The time for commencement of work and the calendar days allocated for completion of work will be determined at the task order level.
