The Purpose for this Amendment is for the following:

1. Gives HUD the opportunity to provide responses to the numerous questions by interested parties

2. Make revisions to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to clarify and incorporate responses from questions from the intersted parties

3. Revisions to the Solicitation Sections L & M

4. This Amendment Suspends this Solicitation until April 8, 2024

5. The Offer due date will be extended after the next Amendment is posted
