Description
The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requesting the following:
- The contractor will provide 10,000 gallons of Red dyed #2 diesel fuel containing no more than 0.3% sulfur by weight, must be first run refinery grade and shall not consist of blend containing waste oils or solvents. Must contain a Premium Diesel Fuel Additive with Fuel Stabilizer, Emulsifier, Lubricity Additive, and concentrated Cetane Improver with a mix ratio of 1:3000. The fuel delivery trucks must be capable of delivering fuel into two, 10,000 gallon above ground storage tanks.
- The product must meet EPA standards and be Texas low emission diesel.
- The contractor must provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety grounding equipment.
- The WCF is a secure facility. Access to the facility is strictly controlled. Security measures shall be taken for personnel to access the site.

Response: Your response to this Sources Sought shall be electronically submitted to the Contracting Officer Robert Wink at robert.wink@bep.gov by 8:00 am CT on January 31, 2022. Please provide the followings answers to these questions:
- What is the price per gallon?
- What is the cost of 10,000 gallons of red dyed # 2 diesel fuel?
- What is the delivery fee?
- What is the total price?
- What dates are available for delivery from February 7 – 11, 2022?
NOTE: Any interested parties shall adhere to Guidance to Treasury Bureaus re EO 14042_12.14.21 & BEP-OMB 3206-0277 form.
NOTICE: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing in accordance with FAR Subpart 15.201 Exchanges with industry before receipt of proposal. This is in accordance with FAR Subpart 10.0001(a)(2).
