The Ultrasonic Unit, Blood Flow Detection is used to assess blood flow in an artery prior to, during, or after surgery through the use of sound waves. USAMMDA expects to award multiple contracts (to no more than 3 Offerors) for the procurement of the Ultrasonic Unit, Blood Flow Detection, with all its components and accessories, packaged and packed securely in one self-contained hardened case with closed-cell foam. Up to three (3) Offerors best meeting the requirements outlined in this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be selected to participate for First Article Testing (FAT). Follow-on procurements are estimated to require a minimum purchase of ten (10), up to an estimated 450 products over a five-year period of performance. See the attached RFQ for details.--------------Please ensure responses adhere to the Instructions to Offerors--ADDENDUM-1 TO: 52.212-1 - ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS, and 52.212-2--EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES.
