This acquisition is proceeding as a Small Business Set-Aside, Invitation for Bid (IFB). This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, Logan Champlin, logan.champlin@usace.army.mil.

Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The work includes maintenance dredging of the Inner Harbor Basin and Marina Access channels to -15-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth and Entrance Channel to -20 ft (MLLW) and transporting of the dredged material per the requirements in specification.

ALL BIDS will be due on August 13th, 2024 12:00 PM PDT unless revised by an amendment. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Public bid opening will be held via WebEx at 1:00 PM PDT August 13th, 2024. Webex information is within the solicitation information Section 00 21 00. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
