Notice of Award for Sole Source PMA-201 Delivery Order for CY22-23 Harpoon/SLAM-ER Missiles Logistics and Engineering Follow-On Support for the U.S. Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Precision Strike Weapons Program Office (PMA-201), awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order (DO) to the Boeing Company, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0006 Delivery Order N0001922F1014 on 15 December 2021. This delivery order is for supplies/services to support CY22-23 Harpoon/SLAM-ER Missile Logistics and Engineering Follow-On Support for the United States Navy (USN) and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) countries

This delivery order was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.  The Boeing Company is the only known, qualified, responsible source that can fulfill the requirements herein.  Subcontracting opportunities may be available and should be sought with Boeing at the following address: The Boeing Company, 6200 JS McDonnell Blvd St. Louis, MO 63134-1939.
