Industry Day For Professional Services for Space Systems Command, Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power/Battle Management Command Control and Communications (Hemisphere)

Space Systems Command (SSC) cordially invites interested parties and other interested organizations to a Professional Services for Space Systems Command, Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power/Battle Management Command Control and Communications (Hemisphere) Industry Day on Tuesday, 28 February - Thursday, 2 March 2023.

We will provide additional information on the Hemisphere requirements, contract award considerations, source selection timeline, risks, and clarifications from the Request for Information (RFI).

If the Government determines the contract type to be a Multiple Award IDIQ, the Government anticipates awarding multiple task orders over a period of ten years. Scope for future task orders is below:

1. Key Support: Provide specialized professional services to SDACP (SSC/SZ), BMC3 (SSC/BC), and their mission partners for classified and unclassified weapon system lifecycle execution​
2. Subject Matter Expertise​: Provide highly technical, acquisition, and operational experts to support classified and unclassified efforts​
3. Full Program Lifecycle Support​: Provide engineering and acquisition expertise throughout the lifecycle of any effort: concept exploration, risk reduction, prototyping, development, test, launch, fielding, operations, execution, sustainment, and disposal​, in direct support of weapons systems.

All materials and information presented at the event will be posted on Sam.gov.

This event will be open to the public, up to the capacity of the virtual meeting hosting service that will be used for the event. Prior registration for this event is required. Please email Capt Emerald Meredith at emerald.meredith@spaceforce.mil AND Ms. Melanie Gipson at melanie.gipson@spaceforce.mil for further instructions. Attendees who wish to have one on one sessions with the Government must request three (3) forty five (45) minute time slots. One on One meetings will start Tuesday, 28 February, at 12:30pm. The Government will notify each attendee which time slot has been scheduled for them.

Registration must be completed no later than 12PM PST, Thursday, February 23, 2023.

Please ensure the following information is provided with your registration:

• Name of your organization
• Organization’s area of specialty
• Number of cleared personnel in organization (Secret up to TS//SCI)
• Name/Title of your organization’s representative
• NAICS code

Participation is limited to no more than three (3) representatives per organization. It is recommended that confirmed attendees plan to log on a few minutes in advance.

The Government is providing industry the opportunity to provide inputs and insights into how the acquisition strategy for this effort is developed.
