Description

This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 5306-00-369-5725, Bolt, Externally Rel. There are four approved sources for this item, Raytheon Technologies Corporation, Cage 52661, under part number 4006921 Raytheon Technologies Corporation, Cage 77445, under part number 4006921 MS Aerospace Inc., Cage 0UCY9 under part number 4006921and Morton Grinding, Inc., Cage 2T498 under part number 4006921. The requirement is being solicited on an 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods. Estimated maximum annual demand quantity is 5,748 each per base year and each option years. Surge requirements do not apply. This is a critical application item and higher-level quality requirements do not apply. This is an Air Force CSI item and this item requires Contracting First Article Testing. Required delivery is 670 days ARO. FOB is Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required.

The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFP’s.
