Description

This is a request for information (RFI) only.  This RFI is issued soley for information and planning purposes.  Solicitations are not available at this time.  

Army Contracting Command Rock Island provides notice of requirements for the below items.  Please reference Attachments named "Scope of Work" and "AT-0001" for more detailes regarding the specific requirements. 

Service Description:

3 Each Computer Room Server Cooling Tower [InRow RD 300mm Air Cooled 208-230V 60Hz]

The US Army Contracting Command is exploring options for services necessary for a successful maintenance plan of execution.  Contractor performance of services include four required functions in support of the sustainment and functionality of three computer room cooling towers.  The towers provide cooling for the network data center equipment.  First, the Contractor would provide annual preventive maintenance twice a year (November & May).    Second, the Contractor would provide all parts, labor, and travel for cooling system at no additional cost the United States Government (USG).  Third, the contractor would provide a detailed maintenance report after each service.  Fourth, the contractor would respond to emergency maintenance calls within 24 hours and provide on-site maintenance service within 48 hours.  For more details regarding the specific requirements of this effort, please reference the Scope of Work (SOW) found at Attachment One (AT-0001).
