Description
This requirement is to provide acquisition lifecycle management support for the DLA Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Electronic Key Control (EKC) systems for DLA facilities at various locations throughout contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Requirement includes ESS/EKC design, acquisition and build, sustainment and maintenance, and cybersecurity support. The IESS is part of an overall physical security plan to maintain 24-7 operability to ensure continuous protection and monitoring of DLA facilities, personnel and property resources. Refer to RFP for further details of the requirement. Please read the RFP thoroughly and follow instructions carefully in submitting your questions and proposal.
7/18/2024: RFP document replaced due to not able to open Attachment 7 based on its Excel file type. This is not an amendment.

8/2/2024: Amendment 1 - Extend Closing Date.
This amendment is issue to extend the closing date from 08/16/2024 to 9/16/2024 to provide answers to questions, and allow sufficient time for contractors to prepare proposals for submission. Expected to post questions and answers on or around 8/16/2024.
