Description
]]Solicitation SPE300-25-R-0025 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Milk and Dairy items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (DoD) customers in Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with EPA applied to Class I fluid milk items and firm fixed price with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from April 23, 2025, to April 8, 2028. Tier 1 will be from April 23, 2025 - April 17, 2027. Tier 2 will be from April 18, 2027, to April 15, 2028.
The solicitation contains six groups:
Group 1:Mississippi ice cream;
Group 2: Mississippi milk and dairy.
Group 3: Meridian Naval Air Station, Mississippi milk and dairy
Group 4: Arkansas milk and dairy;
Group 5: Fort Johnson, Louisiana milk and dairy; and
Group 6: Barksdale Air Force Bae Louisiana, milk and dairy
All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on https://sam.gov/content/home (SAM.gov) in a future posting and the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not registered; prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to reviewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. Request for Proposals (RFP's) are in the Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://adobe.com It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued in January 28, 2025.
