The base bid scope of this project is to design, provide, and commission new closed circuit evaporative coolers (CCEC), condenser pump, building circulation pumps, chemical-free condenser water treatment and bypass valves/piping at each floor loop for B533 at Naval Submarine Base New London.  The RFP includes one option: Option #1: Demolish oversized/non-functional closed circuit evaporative coolers CCEC-3 and CCEC-4. Cap piping and electrical conduits at the platform. Transport, dispose of, and recycle all waste materials in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
