PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The Overton Brooks VAMC at Shreveport, LA., has a need for a minimum of two (2) Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary Physician Services on site in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Overton Brooks VAMC, 510 E Stoner Ave, Shreveport, LA 71101. Services shall be provided for the period from 1 January 2023 through 31 December 2027 with 14 days of coverage per month in 12-hour blocks from Sunday Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This acquisition is being procured as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses set aside, applicable NAICS code 621111 Pulmonology Services, size standard $12M. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON SAM.gov Solicitation to be available on or about 1 November 2022 with proposals due approximately 30 days from the issue date, 3:30 pm central time. All questions FOLLOWING issuance of solicitation to be submitted via email within fourteen (14) calendar days after issuance to thomas.kovarovic@va.gov, using 36C25623R0018 in the subject line (no telephone requests will be responded to).
