Description
Awarded as a hybrid firm-fixed-price (FFP) and time-and-materials (T&M) contract following a full and open competition. While the services portion of the contract is FFP, the materials portion is T&M as the quantity and type of required supplies cannot be reasonably determined at award. As this is a commercial acquisition, T&M is the only fixed-price alternative contract type that is permitted. A T&M determination and findings was prepared and approved in accordance with FAR 16.601(d)(1).
