Description

The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an F-16 Installation Kits, FFP contact to the responsible quoter, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all.

PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.

The government does not own the technical data to these parts. The technical data is owned by BAE Systems. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The attached documents constitute all the detailed item information available to interested parties.
