IAW FAR 5.101 this notice is to advise the public that the VHA s Network Contracting Office 21 awarded a proposed contract action exceeding $25,000.00 for the lease of a mobile refrigerator, mobile freezer and a storage container for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Only one (1) responsible source IAW procedures prescribed in FAR 13.106. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This public notice is also IAW FAR 6.305.
