UH-60, COMPUTER AIR DATA, INSPECTION & OVERHAUL

INTRODUCTION

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (W58RGZ) ATTN: CCAM-ALB, 5303 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 (US) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide inspection & overhaul of the UH-60 Computer, Air Data, Part Number 70600-01822-106, NSN 6610-01-614-3703.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

The Government requires that contractors be able to provide all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection & overhaul for the UH60, Computer, Air Data and to return the items to condition code A as defined by Army Regulation 725-50. Upon completion of the overhaul, the items shall be packaged and shipped to the required destination(s).

The UH-60, Computer Air Data is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). The Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) is not available.

Contractors are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by reviewing the Source Approval Requests (SAR) guidance by submitting documentation in accordance with the U.S Army Aviation & Missile Center at: http://www.avmc.army.mil/Directorates/SRD/SAR/.

ELIGIBILITY

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 336413 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,250. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 1680.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

Interested businesses should submit:

1. A brief capabilities statement demonstrating ability to provide the products/systems listed in this Technical Description.

2. Identify your business size and socio-economic status as applicable.

3. Full company names, Point of Contacts (POCs) to include name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers, and email address.

No phone or email solicitations with regards to the status of the RFP will be accepted prior to its release.

Your response to this Sources Sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Eric Tippit in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email eric.l.tippit.civ@army.mil no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on 06 June 2022 and reference this sources sought Notie ID number in the subject line of the e-mail and on all enclosed documents. Information and materials submitted in response to this request WILL NOT be returned. DO NOT SUBMIT CLASSIFIED MATERIAL.
