Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.
The IE Program Support Office (IE6) is seeking information for potential sources for supportive services that will provide direct/indirect Cybersecurity engineering and Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support for the Transport Directorate to ensure the DISN network and the associated deployed tools and associated services are in compliance with applicable guidance.
Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and cybersecurity knowledge, are also required to support and maintain systems and applications and to ensure compliance and conformity to DoD and DISA IA and cybersecurity guidance and requirements.
IE Program Support Office (IE6) will also require support for the execution of an integrated change management board to assess, manage and track the security impact associated with deploying and sustaining the DISN.
The contemplated Period of Performance is a one-year base period, plus four (4) one-year options.
The anticipated place of performance is DISA HQ Fort Meade, Maryland.
