Description
The purpose of this RFI is to seek technology assessment participants from institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations and for-profit organizations (i.e. large and small businesses) in the United States (US) for inclusion in an assessment event conducted by US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Army Research Laboratory (ARL). To be eligible, an entity must be incorporated in, and maintain, a primary place of business in the US. Small businesses, as defined in 13 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 121, are encouraged to participate. In future multi-domain operations, the capabilities that autonomy enables will play a critical role. The Government is seeking technology assessment participants for the purpose of informing and accelerating Army modernization through innovation discovery, demonstration, and experimentation of autonomy technologies. The intent of this assessment is to accelerate the delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter by assessing the capabilities and technologies in operationally relevant environments.
