Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to XOMETRY.
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this
synopsis
is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a
Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to XOMETRY. (DUNS/UID
FHT2GPMG5YM8, CAGE Code 74HM3) of Address 6116 EXECUTIVE BLVD, STE 800,
NORTH BETHESDA, MD 20852 USA.

applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510 and the business size standard is 750(# of
employees).
This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source
believing
that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote which may be considered by the
Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted
via e-mail
ONLY to joseph.s.bancod.civ@us.navy.mil by 22ND August 2024, 06:00 AM Pacific Time
(PT).
All responses received before this date may be considered by the Government for the
purpose of determining
whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not
to
compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the
discretion of the
Government.
