The St. Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St Cloud, MN 56303 has a requirement to replace 3 Liko Ceiling Lift Motors, Model (1) 242S and (2) R2R
New lift motors must use the existing rail/track already in place

Installation and Certification:
Vendor is responsible to provide all the labor, tools, parts, and equipment for installing the lifts.
Repair or replace wall post system.
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Due to patient care/appointments, some of the work may be performed after normal business hours.
Work will be performed in Building 1: Rooms 108A, 109C, and A215.
Vendor will have to enter and exit through Building 48 for installation after hours.
Due to covid protocols, the Vendor is required to wear a face mask, which is provided by the door entrance, when installing ceiling lifts.
Vendor will remove old ceiling lift motors and replace with new lift motors; old lift motors are the responsibility of the vendor and will be recycled/disposed of off-site.
Vendor will remove all packing material and debris for proper disposal off-site following environmental guidelines.
Vendor will ensure all lifts are functioning properly.
Installation, testing and Certification will be performed by a certified technician per Manufacturer specifications. These services are stated as necessary for the facility to comply with the O.E.M. s requirements for safe use and warranty of product.
Contractor shall apply dated sticker to the rails after certification.
