See attached redacted Exception to Fair Opportunity Justification for Modification P00020 under Contract Number W15QKN-19-D-0042 / Task Order Number W15QKN-20-F-0336 for 6-month bridge extension of Family Advocacy Support Services, on behalf of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9, Army Community Service (ACS) in accordance with Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3406(c)(3) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) - "The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order."
