NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Curriculum Associates, LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
BIE Pueblo Pintado Community School has a requirement for I-Ready Math and Reading Site Licenses and Professional Development with Curriculum Associates, LLC based upon its copyrighted educational materials. Curriculum Associates, LLC is the sole publisher and vendor of its materials. The anticipated delivery date will be January 20th, 2023.
