Industry Day-FMS Logistics Sustainment Services

Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) Title: FMS Logistics Sustainment Services Special Notice: Announcement for Industry Day 18-19 August 2022-8:00am-4:30pm Location: 44219 Airport Road Building II Center Hall, California, MD 20619 (USM at Southern Maryland) Restrictions: NO FOREIGN NATIONALS. Part of the eighteenth (1:30-4:20) and all of the nineteenth will be reserved for requested one on one meetings, times may change. The requirement will be solicited as Request for Proposal (RFP) N00421-22-R-0186. A list of attendees as well as questions and answers will be posted to SAM.gov upon completion. Attendance at Industry Day is NOT a requirement and does not effect any company from submitting a proposal in response to the RFP. The Industry Day will only address information cognizant to FMS Logistics Sustainment Services. Pre-registration is mandatory for Industry Day. Submit registration via email to stacey.l.stone9.civ@us.navy.mil, providing the business name, address, attendee name(s), telephone number and email address, no later than: 4:00pm 8 August 2022. The Industry Day email responses should include a subject line title: "FMS Logistics Industry Day". Specifics, including directions, required documents, agenda, question forms, and ground rules will be provided by email. Due to space limitations, no more than three (3) representatives from each potential offeror will be permitted to attend. On the FMS Logistics Industry Day, briefs will commence at 0800 with presentation by International Sustainment Department.

The Final Date to submit questions regarding DRAFT Performance Work Statement and solicitation has been extended to 4:00pm 02 September 2022, email, to Stacey Stone at stacey.l.stone9.civ@us.navy.mil.  Emails MUST contain the following in the subject line: "FMS Logistics Industry Day-Questions". Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Question forms will be provide at the Industry Day. All updated documents will be post on SAM.gov.

This requirement is a follow-on procurement. The Contract Type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee/Cost CLINs. The estimated total level of effort is approximately 3,429,120 hours, if all options are exercised.  These services shall be performed on-site at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD and off-site at the contractor’s facility, OCONUS and CONUS. The following are examples of anticipated labor categories under this requirement:  Program Manager; Senior/Mid/Junior Program Analyst; Senior/Mid/Junior Management Analyst; Senior/Mid/Junior Logistics Analyst etc.
