Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Hodgdon Boiler Replacement at Border Patrol Sector Headquarters in Hodgdon, ME.

The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below:

The U.S. Government has a requirement to replace the existing antiquated boiler system at Border Patrol Sector Headquarters in Hodgdon, ME.

This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a size standard of $16.5 Million.

Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information.

All specification and drawing questions are due by 2:00 PM, Local Time, on January 13, 2022. Questions shall be emailed to vanessa.colquitt@gsa.gov. All questions must be in writing; no questions will be answered unless they are in writing.
Any amendments will be posted on or about January 17, 2022.
