The purpose of this Sources Sought inquiry is to collect potential bidder's information for a transportation company to transport shield blocks from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to Fermilab, Batavia, Illinois. The SOW attached describes the necessary scope, deliverables, timeline, and other requirements.
