Description

Request for the RFP must be made by Feburary 06, 2024 @ 10:00 AM EST.

The scope of this design/build effort is to provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation,supervision,environmental, safety, and quality controll for a new CEC Test Range located at NSWC Crane, in Crane Indiana.

This testing includes:

• Verification of functionality of CEC systems in an Over the
Air (OTA) environment.

• Shipboard AN/USG-2B system and subsystems (PAAA and
subassemblies, SBAA, ECSC, SDP, PDMC)

• Airborne AN/USG-3B system and subsystems (EFA, transceiver
cabinet (populated), power convertor, SDP)

• Expeditionary AN/USG-4B system and subsystems (CSSA, MEIC,
SDP)

This project will also modernize Room 002 to be the control room of the CEC Range. Room 002 must be a COMSEC area once complete. This Design-Build project will design and perform the necessary modernizations for the CEC Range and control room at B-3006 Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane, Located in Crane, Indiana.

NOTE: If you have clearance to access the base - you are still required to submit your names for the site visit by the deadline
of February 08, 2024, at 10:00 AM EST. in order to attend the site visit.
