Description
This is a LTC project for the following NSNs. See the attachment to this synopsis for more details.
Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Only Vendors who have access to the data or can provide traceability to the approved sources should bid.
This solicitation will add 20 NIINs onto an existing Requirements Type subsumable contract with a period of performance for one, five-year option period. All NSNs are sole source to Northrop Grumman. The estimated annual demand quantity for each NSN is stated in the attachment to this synopsis.
FOB point is at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. There are no special test requirements. A higher-level contract quality inspection system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 or an equivalent is required. This is unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A letter RFP solicitation will be issued. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The RFP letter solicitation issue date is March 1, 2024.
