Description

USACE TAM is seeking interested U.S. firms, or a JV with a U.S. firm as the majority owner (i.e., greater than 51%) capable of procuring and delivering prefabricated concrete structures and elements from Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) approved vendors throughout the country of Israel. The Government will use the SATOC to order prefabricated elements of the following type: security rooms, shelters, modular protected structures, military protected spaces, corridor elements, staircase elements, t-walls, and foundations. Each type of unit required under this contract is currently being produced by the vendors on the approved list using specifications previously provided to those vendors by IMOD. The contractor will be responsible to source quotes from vendors, place orders in accordance with Government requirements, inspect the various prefabricated elements to ensure compliance with IMOD standards, transport, and offload them at a government directed drop off point. The Contractor will not be responsible for site prep or installation, including utility hook-ups.
