Description
IAW 36.602, an evaluation board for an AE solicitation must hold discussions with at least three of the most highly qualified firms. Unfortunately this solicitation did not result in the receipt of submissions from at least three firms. If the selection board cannot Recommend at least three most highly qualified firms as required by the Brooks A-E Act, then the scope of the contract should be revised to increase competition and again synopsize the contract. Consequently, solicitation W9127N23R0014, has been cancelled. USACE Portland District will be considering courses of action to move forward with this requirement. Any further contract actions for this matter will be posted on SAM.gov.
