Notice of Intent to Sole Source Electric Bikes

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to sole source to Red Research Group, LLC for Electric Motorcycle, Assault Bikes under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.  

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the Contracting Officer listed below by the closing date of this notice. Only emailed responses will be considered.  

Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. 

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
