This requirement is for a quantity of 101 each with price breaks requested from 50 to 150 each. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option.

This item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition, FAR 6.302(1)(c)

Delivery is 504 days. Language will be included in the solicitation that reserves the right to consider offered delivery times that exceed the number of days required by the government.

RD002, Covered Defense Information Applies therefore, a NIST SP 800-171 Assessment must be completed in SPRS.

This is a Critical Safety Item.

This item will be shipped to a government stock location at Tinker AFB.

FOB: Origin, Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. FDT Applies.

This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around 10/17/2022. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available and must be downloaded from the internet site above.

Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested parties may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.

While price might be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and socioeconomic factors.

This solicitation will not include DLA Procurement Note L09, Reverse Auction.
