This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being issued as UNRESTRICTED. The associated NAICS code is 483112, and the business size standard is 1,500 employees. This is being awarded as a best value/trade-off.

This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products:

This combined synopsis/solicitation is for non-personal services for vessel support for training trips aboard commercial fishing vessels for one base year with optional additional non-personal services and one option year with optional additional non-personal services.
