Description

AMENDMENT 0004, 30 Dec 2022:

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the following changes:

1. Incorporate the Collective Bargaining Agreement Memorandum of Agreement, dated 14 June 2022, which amends the CBA to add Juneteenth to Article 16.1 as a recognized Federal Holiday.
2. Revise Attachment 1A Historical Workload, dated 30 Dec 2022, to fix formula errors on the Craftsperson Manpower tab, to include cells C24-S24, C27-S27, C28-S28, C31-S31, C34-S34, C35-S35, C38-S38, C41-S41, C42-S42, C44-S44 and on the Annual DSW Count tab, to include cells M19-M21 and M23-M25.
3. Provide revised answers to Questions 115 and 157.
4. Extend the offer due date from 9 Jan 2022 at 1300 CST to 16 Jan 2022 at 1300 CST.

Description:

The contractor shall provide all necessary management, labor, tools, vehicles, and equipment, except for Government Furnished Property (GFP), to fulfill life-cycle operations and maintenance requirements for all facilities, non-privatized infrastructure, real property (RP), Government-owned temporary facilities, and real property installed equipment (RPIE) identified in Attachment 1B at Tyndall Air Force Base, FL and three geographically separated locations (Carrabelle, St. George Island, Sumatra) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.

Site Visit: A pre-proposal site visit will be held at Tyndall AFB, FL on 3 October at 0800. Contractors shall fill out all requested information on Attachment 15 - Base Access Request EAL for each individual requesting attendance.  Offerors shall email the completed EAL to karl.deffert.1@us.af.mil and matthew.lahr.3@us.af.mil NLT 11:00 AM CST, on 21 Sep 2022.

Questions: All questions are due in writing, using Attachment 16 - Question Worksheet, no later than 12 Oct 2022 at 1:00 PM CST to karl.deffert.1@us.af.mil and matthew.lahr.3@us.af.mil.

Proposals Due: Proposals are due 10 November 2022, 1:00 PM CST via the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. Please refer to the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 attached to the RFP for complete submission requirements.
