DESCRIPTION: This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE only.

Pre-Solicitation This is a Pre-Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ). VENDORS SHOULD NOT SUBMIT FORMAL QUOTES UNTIL THE RFQ IS POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE. This notice is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for the information resulting from this posting.  

The Department of the Air Force, AFTC/PZIOA Contracting Squadron, 96 Medical Group at Eglin, AFB, Florida, 32542 is seeking to purchase, delivery and installation of Brand Name Stryker Connected Operating Room (COR) Internet Protocol (IP) System Integration (SPI4K integration solution) supporting 7 operating rooms. A solicitation package will be available following this notice in which sources may then provide quotes. The solicitation number is FA2823-23-Q-0010 and it is being solicited on the Open Market and Unrestricted. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339112 - Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6515.  

The actual Solicitation # FA2823-23-Q-0010 is anticipated to be posted to the Beta.SAM.gov website on or about 01/31/2023, closing date: 02/09/2023 @10am CST.
