The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District is seeking manufacturers pertaining to Monaco Fire Alarm Radio Building Transceiver (BT-XM) for a new firm-fixed price (FFP) construction contract titled Realign and Repair Grandview Gate Entrance, at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho.

Products/systems must comply with FAR provision 52.225-12 and FAR clause 52.225-11 as referenced below.

Applicable NAICS are:

561621 - Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths)

561612 - Security Systems Services – Alarm system monitoring

GENERAL AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be compatible with Monaco[C1] [OLSCUC(2]  Fire Alarm Radio Building Transceiver (BT-XM). The specification section for the Monaco Fire Alarm system is Section 28 31 70 INTERIOR FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, ADDRESSABLE, attachment 1.

BUY AMERICAN STATUTE REQUIREMENTS:
The Monaco Fire Alarm Radio Building Transceiver (BT-XM) must comply with Provision 52.225-12. Notice of Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials Under Trade Agreements, and Clause 52.225-11, Buy American-Construction Materials under Trade Agreements.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Manufacturers and/or suppliers responding to this announcement shall verify that the products/systems satisfy the general requirements indicated above 29 November 2023. A catalog cut of the items with technical specification demonstrating compliance are requested to be included with the response. In addition, please provide cost and place (State(s)) of manufacture for each item.
