Must meet or exceed specs below.
- CHAMBER: 24" H x 24" W x 60" L, Recirculating Air furnace
- MAX TEMP: 1200ºF
- Must Meet AMS2750 standards.
- Must Meet or exceed Class 5 standards.
- Must have SAT and TUS port access or built in SAT, TUS reading equipment that is compatible with SDS 8120 datalogger.
- Must have Eurotherm Nanodac Paperless Recorder/Controller or equivalent.
- Equipment must operate on VOLTAGE: 230 or 460/3/60
- All electrical components must be UL approved and rated to meet or exceed NFPA Codes 79 and 86.
- Must include work piece removal (Tongs), Appropriate heat treating gloves, and all other applicable safety gear, Fusible disconnect switch, programable over and under temp alarms
- Training and installation is required.
