Description
The Department of Labor is seeking a Contractor to deliver a Legal Advocacy Training Program for the Office of the Solicitor (SOL) that consists of legal training, products and related services in support of SOL’s mission nation-wide. Given the scope of SOL’s responsibilities in providing legal services to DOL, the training covered by this Performance of Work (PWS) will be broad and will include, but not be limited to, the full range of trial advocacy and advocacy related training involving all phases of litigation (from pre-trial work through appeals, negotiations training and training in writing skills).
